By accepting a quotation—whether verbally, via email, through payment of an initiation or invoice fee, or by signing the quotation—you agree to be bound by Oxum Solutions Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Once accepted, the quotation becomes binding.

Clients must clearly define all requirements before work begins. Any changes, enhancements, or additions beyond the agreed scope may result in:

5. Client Responsibilities

    Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect timelines and pricing.

6. Project Delays & Inactivity

If a project remains inactive for 60 consecutive days due to client-side delays,Oxum Solutions may pause the project and apply reasonable reactivation or administrative fees, communicated in advance.

7. Testing & Performance

Services are tested on modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Performance may vary depending on hosting environments, network conditions, or third-party limitations.

8. Hosting & Third-Party Services

Unless stated otherwise, hosting, domains, SSL certificates, payment gateways, plugins, and third-party services are not included.

Oxum Solutions is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or service interruptions.

9. Payments & Billing

Payments may be charged as:

All pricing and billing terms are disclosed before payment. Unpaid balances may result in service suspension.

10. Refunds & Cancellations
