1. Service Initiation & Refund Eligibility
Once work on a project has commenced or access to services has been provided by OXUM Solutions, payments become non-refundable. If services are discontinued after this point, charges for the current billing period will not be refunded.
2. Cancellation Requests
Clients may request cancellation of services at any time by submitting written notice via email or official OXUM Solutions communication channels.
Cancellations submitted during an active billing period will take effect at the end of that billing period and do not qualify for partial refunds.
Eligibility for refunds may also be affected if required recommendations, approvals, access, or implementation steps—such as SEO adjustments, website updates, content approvals, or account access—are not provided or followed, as this may limit the effectiveness or completion of the service.
3. Third-Party Involvement & Access Limitations
Refunds will not be issued where service delivery is materially impacted by third-party involvement, client actions, or restricted access.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Engaging another agency or provider for the same services
- Independently modifying campaign or account settings
- Removing or limiting required system access
- Making unauthorized changes to websites, applications, campaigns, or marketing accounts
- Website, hosting, platform, or software interruptions that prevent scheduled work
- Failure to provide required content, information, credentials, or approvals
4. Agreement Acknowledgement
Welcome to OXUM Solutions. Throughout this policy, the terms “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to OXUM Solutions.

5. Design Approval & Scheduled Services
For design-related services, refunds are not available once final approval has been provided and testing, development, production, or implementation has begun.
For event-based or time-sensitive services coordinated through our sales team, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance to be considered.
Any applicable cancellation terms may also be defined in the client’s individual proposal, quotation, or service agreement.
6. SEO & Marketing Service Packages
SEO, AI optimization, digital marketing, advertising management, social media management, and other ongoing marketing packages are generally non-refundable due to the ongoing and performance-based nature of these services.
Clients may submit a cancellation request with 15 days’ written notice, which will apply to future billing cycles only.
Projects that remain inactive, unresponsive, or unattended for a period of 30 consecutive days due to client-side delays may be paused or closed without eligibility for a refund.
7. Advance Cancellation Notice & Billing
To prevent future billing, clients are required to provide at least 15 days’ written notice before the upcoming billing or reporting cycle.
- Charges already processed are non-refundable.
- Clients remain responsible for outstanding balances incurred before cancellation.
- Work completed before cancellation remains payable.
- Cancellation does not eliminate payment obligations for previously approved or completed services.
- Any refund or credit granted as an exception will be determined by OXUM Solutions on a case-by-case basis.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
OXUM Solutions may review refund requests involving exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Any refund, credit, or adjustment approved as an exception does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in future situations.
